Many years ago the angels encouraged me to create a healing bowl. A special bowl kept on my altar area, where I place the names and situations that require the help of the angels.

Regularly I ask the angels to take the healing requests in the bowl up to Source and I send out absent healing to all those included and for the angels to surround them in their beautiful, loving wings.

It is important that the person who requires the healing actually requests it, or gives their permission for their name to be entered, so they enter into the process with full consciousness - allowing the healing to take place.
