| Angels at Christmas
As we approach the Christmas period the angels draw close to us.
We may become more aware of their presence: we see their pictures on greetings cards, see angel figurines and ornaments in the shops and place them in our homes and we may hear mention of the angelic realms in the festive songs and carols. Their energy is all around us during this festive time.
It's the perfect time to buy an angel statue or ornament to have in your home the whole year round - there is no need to put the angels away with the other decorations when January comes. If you are unable to treat yourself to an angel, then why not put one on your Christmas wish list, so some else can buy you one as a gift for you.
| On the inner planes the angels are showering the world with a wondrous sparkle of higher energies and if you connect to the angels at this time through meditation you will be touched by their beautiful, loving energy. On a physical level throughout the UK many have seen this recently as the sun glistens on the snow and the children laugh and spread joy and happiness as they make their snowmen, make snow angels and delight in their snow games. |

Perhaps you will be having a tree in home during this festive time. A tree trunk is a representation of the human spinal column and the branches our nervous system. Image the kundalini energy flowing up and down the trunk, as it does up your spine. The energy illuminates the whole of your body with millions of dazzling sparkles of light; like the light decorations on your festive tree. The star at the top of your tree represents a spiritual symbol of the aura over your third eye - expanding and shining as you awaken to higher (Christ) consciousness and the angel figure at the very top of the tree represents your Guardian Angel overseeing all you do and holding your divine blueprint, gently guiding and protecting you with unconditional love.
When you buy your tree this year, please be conscious of the environmental impact of your actions. Every year millions of pine tree are cut down for a couple of weeks decoration in our homes. The angels are filled with sadness to see such destruction. The angelic realms call on you to buy an artificial tree, that will last many years, or buy a living tree, complete with an undamaged root ball that can be left in its tub or planted out in your garden ready for use again next year. If you really have to buy a real tree then arrange for it to be composed afterwards - many local authorities arrange this in the New Year.
Try to create a special time of peace when you can meditate and connect with the angelic realms during this festive period. If you can, go out into nature - find a living conifer tree and sit with your back to it and connect with its energies. Or sit in you own home amidst your decorations. Connect with the love and peace of this time or year.
Ask the angels to surround you and your loved ones with their golden wings, bringing tranquility and calm to all your activities.
When you write your greetings cards do so from the heart and send them with unconditional love. Wrap your gifts in a peaceful, happy environment, perhaps with inspiring music in the back ground. Give your gifts surrounded by the energy of love and harmony and receive any gifts with gratitude and a sense of being blessed.
And when you come to sit down for your Christmas dinner, thank Source for the wonderful food you have, ask the angels to fill it with love and light and delight in the pleasure of sharing food with your loved ones.
With Angel blessing
